Qualitative Assistant (QA)
Part-time
Midtown Manhattan

New York Consumer Center is currently looking for people to work in our New York Focus Group Facility (Midtown) as part-time evening and/or daytime Qualitative Assistants. This client service position requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Our QAs perform light clerical work, simple audio/visual equipment functions and food service. In addition, they are responsible for timely responses to client requests, such as faxing, photocopying and light clean-up duties. All QAs must present a well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor and possess a friendly, outgoing personality. This position needs extremely reliable, self-starting individuals. Some PC skills are also required. QAs typically work three to four evenings/days a week. Extensive training is provided.
